Viridan Group has been retained by a premier global investment bank to lead a Vice President search within its Industrials investment banking group in New York. The Opportunity Our client is a globally recognized platform with one of the most active Industrials franchises advising leading corporates and financial sponsors on M&A, strategic advisory, and capital solutions. The group is expanding on the back of strong deal flow across diversified industrials, and this hire will take a front‑line execution and client‑facing role on live mandates from day one. The Role Lead day to day execution across sell‑side and buy‑side M&A, strategic advisory, and related engagements Manage deal teams of associates and analysts; serve as primary point of contact for clients and counterparties Support senior bankers in origination, including pitch development, market analysis, and relationship coverage Meaningful runway for advancement the platform has a strong track record of promoting from within The Profile 6–9 years of investment banking experience, currently at the VP level (or a senior Associate ready to step up) Industrials sector experience strongly preferred; adjacent generalist M&A backgrounds with strong deal reps will be considered Track record of leading execution on announced M&A transactions Currently at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or strong middle‑market advisory platform FINRA Series 79/63 (or ability to obtain) Why This Platform Top‑of‑market compensation with a culture that rewards production over tenure Direct senior exposure and a genuinely meritocratic path to Director and beyond #J-18808-Ljbffr Viridan Group
