Role District Manager leading and developing a sales team for Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran, targeting rare cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing Sales Representatives manage district sales targets, performance metrics, and forecasting translate regional strategies into actionable plans oversee territory planning, execution, and customer engagement collaborate with cross-functional teams like Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Key Account Managers ensure compliance with regulatory standards manage budgets and lead extensive field travel (~70%) Qualifications minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas highly desirable proven coaching and team development skills HighValue experience in launch environments or high-growth franchises, field leadership in biotech or pharma WorkSetup extensive field travel (~70%) participation in regional/national meetings, training, and launch events #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
