Marketing Manager - Knee Robotics

DePuy Synthes seeks a Marketing Manager for knee robotics to lead innovation strategy and product development for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution. This strategic role involves translating market and clinical insights into new product opportunities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert in knee arthroplasty and robotic surgery.
Responsibilities
- Shape long-term innovation strategy and technology roadmap for VELYS robotic-assisted solution
- Lead upstream marketing activities supporting new product development with customer and clinical insights
- Translate market needs and clinical demands into product requirements and strategic growth opportunities
- Partner with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to define multigenerational knee robotics portfolio
- Manage surgeon team engagement and lead cross-functional innovation programs from concept through commercialization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification in related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in marketing, product management, strategy, innovation, or engineering
- Medical device and orthopaedic knee arthroplasty expertise required
- Proven track record developing product strategies, innovation roadmaps, and business cases
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in matrix organization
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with high degree of autonomy
- Comfort working in cadaver lab and operating room environments
