Position Details Location: Plano, TX 75093 Type: Full Time Salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per year Key Responsibilities Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Assist with new‑hire benefit orientations. Perform quality checks of benefits‑related data. Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes. Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determine eligibility. Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. Process and administer all leave‑of‑absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA. Respond to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. Assist with the open enrollment process. Assist in configuring benefit enrollment process in Paycom. Troubleshoot system configuration errors. Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges. Perform billing and invoice reconciliation. Provide ad‑hoc reporting upon request. Assist with other tasks or projects assigned by supervisor. Required Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills. Strong Excel skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education & Experience Associate’s degree in HR or related field (experience and/or training/certification may substitute). At least 2 years’ experience in benefits administration. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP) certification. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed. Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds. Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens. Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings. Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels. Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required. Pay & Benefits Salary: $68,000 to $78,000 depending on education and experience.
