In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates Your Contribution To The Team Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects Problem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders Strong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growth Commitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovation Required Skills Required Skill and Experience Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Experience in playing Account anchor for medium size account Program and project management expertise. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Business process transformation experience. Executive communication and presentation skills. Domain expertise in one or more industries (Automotive, Manufacturing,.) Data Strategy and Modern Data Platform consulting Databricks and AWS solution architecture AI/GenAI and Analytics transformation Data Governance and Data Quality programs RFP solutioning, estimations, staffing, and executive stakeholder management Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Consulting Understand client business challenges and define transformation roadmaps. Provide advisory services and recommend business and technology solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Conduct workshops, assessments, and solution discussions. Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end consulting engagements. Ensure quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations are met. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations. Drive successful program execution across distributed teams Business Development Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and solution creation. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to revenue growth and consulting practice development. Participate in client presentations and pursuit discussions Team & Practice Leadership Mentor consultants and project teams. Build consulting capabilities and reusable assets. Share domain knowledge and best practices. Drive innovation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Skill And Experience 15+ years of industry/consulting experience. Experience leading large transformation or digital initiatives. Exposure to cloud, data analytics, AI Proven track record in client engagement and business growth. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
