Life Insurance Specialist - Georgia

Job Overview AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent for outside sales activities across the region, focusing on Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. Key Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $25,000 (non‑exempt, eligible for overtime) Commission structure: unlimited leads at no cost, tiered commissions for first 12 months Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500, paid as $1,000 after 30 days and $1,500 after 90 days Annual Sales Incentive Trip Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, PTO, company holidays, floating holidays, volunteer day, tuition and professional development assistance AAA Membership and various discounts, perks, and rewards Responsibilities Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance, annuity, membership, and financial services products. Develop leads and prospects through outbound/inbound calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars. Prepare proposals and close sales. Complete applications, forms and follow internal processing procedures. Collaborate with branch staff to maximize sales opportunities and cross‑sell. Assist Underwriting and Brokerage departments as needed. Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring sound sales practices. Prepare sales activity reports, maintain production standards and persistence levels. Qualifications & Skills Valid State Life Sales license. Completion of LUTC or CLU coursework. Valid State driver’s license. Minimum 2 years of proven success in selling life insurance products. Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products. Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in writing proposals and performing mathematical calculations for premiums. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Independent work with minimal supervision. Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email. Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Work Environment Temperature‑controlled office with limited travel for community events. Exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes.
