Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
Support employee relations intake, documentation, and issue escalation
Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation programs, and new hire documentation
Facilitate training sessions and employee education programs
Process HR administrative tasks, system updates, I-9s, badges, and payroll-related changes
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Assist with employee engagement events and day-to-day HR support
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
Previous corporate Human Resources Generalist experience required
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
Experience handling confidential employee information appropriately
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
