Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can diagnose and complete residential plumbing work, communicate clearly with customers, and manage their time effectively throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service and repair, including water heaters, fixtures, leaks, valves, and drain issues
• Diagnose problems and present clear repair options to customers
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job status and timelines
• Document work performed with photos and notes using company software
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Meet daily performance expectations while ensuring proper communication if delays occur

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience (service and repair preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $25–$40, depending on experience
