A night shift pharmacist opportunity is available at a approximately 300-bed hospital in Ventura County, Southern California. This contract position offers a 7-on, 7-off schedule, covering the overnight shift from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role is ideal for pharmacists looking to gain experience within a well-established healthcare system.


Location: Ventura County, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 7 days on / 7 days off

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions according to hospital protocols.
• Provide clinical support and medication therapy management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address medication-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure.
• Experience working in hospital pharmacy settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
