Job Description:

- As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

- What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or physician's office - Required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice - Required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required.
- Required Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC/ONCC-CHIM).
- Experience with EPIC is a must.

- Your Role Will Include:
- Collection and analysis of relevant health data.
- Development and implementation of care plans.
- Evaluation of patient progress toward outcomes.
- Providing learning opportunities for patients and family members.
- Preparing patients, rooms, and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assisting physicians with minor surgeries.
- Discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
