About The Team About the team - Yard Operations We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives. Job Description The Warehouse Operation Staff’s prime function will be to provide support to the supply chain of the warehouse operations from intake through output, including but not limited to: unloading trucks, loading trucks, high rack put away, movement of inventory throughout the warehouse using high reach truck, stand up and sit down forklifts. Responsibilities Responsible for operation of reach truck, stand up forklift or other material handling equipment Use warehouse management software to ensure accuracy of inventory Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped Perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years experience operating high reach truck 3+ years experience operating stand up forklift and sit down forklift Ability to complete any internal/3rd party training for building-specific equipment.
