Please continue to read further to explore your future with LCHC.In this role, you will:Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families.Take care of patients on-site and remotely, on integrated teams with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more!Excel in providing high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families.Participate in organization provided continuing education on an ongoing basis, including a subscription to Up to Date.Our robust benefit package includes:Medical, dental and vision coverage effective on the first day of employment.Ability to enroll in retirement plan, also with employer match options.Day one of employment, you will start to accrue (41) days of earned time.Qualify for the National Health Loan Forgiveness Repayment program.Flexible shifts available.The successful applicant will offer:Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family MedicineMassachusetts license for the practice of medicineCPR certification.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
