Care Team Coordinator – Non-Medical Home Care We are seeking an experienced Caregiver/CNA ready to take the next step into a Care Team Coordinator role. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18/hour Performance-based pay reviews Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid training (CPR, Dementia, Parkinson’s) Rewards, bonuses & referral incentives Mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel Team events & growth opportunities Responsibilities Support and oversee caregivers Conduct caregiver check-ins and reviews Assist with training and onboarding Provide in-field caregiver support as needed Help with caregiver hiring Front desk and office tasks Participate in on-call rotation Requirements 1+ year caregiving or CNA experience is a must Basic computer skills Reliable insured vehicle & valid driver’s license Willing to travel locally as needed Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to provide 2 professional references Preferred (Not Required) CNA certification Scheduling, training, or admin experience Why Apply?
