Behavioral Health Counselor - Early Psychosis Care

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor within Psychiatry to support young adults in the Recovery from Early Psychosis Program (REPP). You will assess patient and family needs, develop treatment plans, provide counseling and case management, and assist with discharge planning.
