Our client seeks a highly independent Marketing Project Manager to drive a portfolio of subscription, retention, and brand campaigns. The contractor will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Media, and Editorial to lead complex initiatives from planning through execution while maintaining timelines, scope, and deliverables.

 

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

 

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing projects across subscription, retention, and brand campaigns.
• Define scope, manage priorities, schedules, risks, and dependencies with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Media, Creative, and Editorial.
• Drive execution across channels including email, social, digital display, CRM, and subscription marketing.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, and Slack.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using emerging AI tools and technologies.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of project or program management experience supporting complex marketing, digital marketing, or MarTech initiatives.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital display, CRM, and subscription programs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects and drive execution.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Media, Creative, Editorial, and other business teams.
• Success managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, and Slack.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and team efficiency.
• Nice to have: experience with subscription businesses, customer acquisition, retention, or loyalty; background in media, publishing, entertainment, gaming, or consumer digital; experience transitioning teams between project management platforms.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
