About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for the West Region. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and growing the sales organization in the area, driving new business production, and developing strategic market plans. This role requires a proven sales leader with a strong background in employee benefits, particularly in managing large territories, developing producers, and achieving organic growth. Key responsibilities include leading the sales strategy, managing a team of producers and sales professionals, establishing regional sales goals, and partnering with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of employee benefits sales experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role, and a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth. Applicants for the Regional Sales Leader position at the company should possess exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of employee benefits, healthcare funding arrangements, and workforce strategies is essential. The role also involves developing relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners, as well as collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a best-in-class client experience. The candidate is expected to have a Bachelor's degree, with an active Life & Health License being preferred.
