Worldwide Account Manager Regional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services. Acquire, Develop and Expand customer revenue High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers' needs to strategic goals of the company. Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer's business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition. Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience. Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals. Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs. Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required. Ability to travel overnight as required. Moderate travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global supply chain, experience working large enterprise accounts, and strategic negotiation skills. This is a customer-facing role that requires regular inperson meetings. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
