Territory Manager (Clear Aligner Orthodontics)

Our client's startup offering is scaling a new team and looking to hire an experienced orthodontic field sales representative in the North Texas geography to cover a multi-state territory in order to close new customers and gain new business with a new orthodontic clear aligner offering. Qualified candidates located in DFW will be highly considered. The successful salesperson will source new clients and cases to achieve new business quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with dental and orthodontic business owners generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of new product offering. Our client's initiative is bringing to market a new concept in orthodontic aligner treatment for patients and practices alike. Ultimately, you will help our client grow the customer base and new patient/case throughput. We are looking for a competitive and hungry rain-maker to develop unique new business acquisition strategies. Successful candidates must have experience in orthodontic clear aligner therapy.

Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing book of dentist and orthodontist customer relationships
• "Close new business" using various customer sales methods (relationships, cold calling, presentations, etc)
• Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Meet/Exceed personal and team sales targets
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Acquire new dentist and orthodontic clients within your assigned territory
• 2-3 years of previous B2B sales success with most recent experience in clear aligner sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Self-starter with a proven track record over-achieving quota
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM for tracking sales activities
• Computer use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• BS/BA preferred, but not mandatory
