This premier Women's Health practice, located in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join its team. As our Front Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Manage phone inquiries triaged by our remote receptionist Oversee patient check-out and appointment flow Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and coffee bar area Act as a hostess, ensuring patients are comfortable and well attended Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality with a service-oriented mindset Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting Prior hospitality or concierge experience preferred (medical experience not required) Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Schedule: Monday - Friday, 830 AM-5 PM Compensation: This position starts at $18 per hour with the opportunity to increase to $20 per hour for exceptional candidates.
