High Jewelry Sales Advisor & Client Services Specialist

Our client, a prestigious luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a polished and highly client-focused High Jewelry Sales Advisor & Client Services Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, or high-end retail who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the day-to-day client services needs of the boutique.

The ideal candidate will be confident working with high-net-worth clientele, knowledgeable about luxury products, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales responsibilities with administrative and client service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience from initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clientele.
• Drive sales through thoughtful product recommendations, product storytelling, and a deep understanding of client preferences.
• Present high jewelry and fine jewelry collections with confidence and exceptional product knowledge.
• Assist clients with product selection, special orders, repairs, alterations, shipping, and other post-sale services.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and outreach while maintaining accurate and detailed client records.
• Support the development and maintenance of the boutique's client book and CRM.
• Coordinate client requests and communicate closely with internal teams, including operations, repairs, logistics, and corporate partners.
• Assist with special orders, transfers, inventory requests, and other client-specific needs.
• Handle high-value merchandise with the utmost discretion, care, and attention to detail.
• Support VIP events, private appointments, trunk shows, and other clienteling initiatives.
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding new collections, special orders, repairs, and other relevant opportunities.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Contribute to boutique sales goals while prioritizing long-term relationship building and client retention.
• Assist with general boutique operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, high jewelry, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong sales and clienteling background with experience working with affluent or VIP clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly polished, professional, and service-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling confidential client information and high-value merchandise.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience with CRM/clienteling systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-touch luxury environment.
• Flexibility to support boutique events and varying client appointment schedules.
