Commercial Account Executive - Financial Services

Overview of the Role Our up‑market Commercial team focuses on working with growing organizations of 250–10,000 employees across the Financial Services industry, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. As a Commercial Account Executive, you won’t just sell AI agents – you’ll work alongside them to accelerate revenue, build trusted customer relationships, and drive meaningful impact. Core Teams Slack NetZero Cloud Tableau Marketing Cloud Specialization Cloud Digital Commercial Business Units We Support Mid-Commercial (201–1,000 employees) General Commercial (1,001–5,000 employees) Enterprise Corporate Sales (5,000+ employees) Responsibilities Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts, aligned to their business objectives. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources and perform account planning, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure strategic alignment. Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and prospective customers and help them realize value from their Salesforce investments. Required Qualifications 3+ years of full cycle, field‑based sales experience. Proven track record of managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, or acquiring new logo accounts. Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to customers and C‑suite stakeholders. Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large, extended team. Preferred Qualifications 5–10 years of full cycle sales experience with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions. Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management). Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions. Experience in competency‑based selling; we evaluate experience across extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work history. Compensation In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $77,550 – $164,850 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $85,300 – $181,000 per year.
