Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of home health experience
• Experience with HCHB
• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of TX

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 2000-0400
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
• Productivity expectation: 30 points weekly
• Coverage area: Fort Worth service area
• Responsibilities include OASIS and subsequent visits
