Registered Behavior Technician

Overview Description: We are a small ABA-owned business in the area focusing on high quality services for our clients of all ages in home, school, and community as well as a highly collaborative and supportive team. We are currently hiring an RBT in the Tampa, FL area for either a full time or part time position. These clients would be primarily in home and school and some sessions are in the community. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual and group sessions Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs ethically and with fidelity Complete daily session notes and accurately render sessions in Online platform in a timely manner Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans Collect accurate data in ABA therapy sessions Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise Other job duties as assigned by the lead BCBA Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off (PTO) Professional development assistance Referral program Experience RBT Language English (Required) License/Certification RBT Certification Location Work Location: Tampa, FL area Requirements Education, Training, and Experience: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
