Job Description: About the Role As the Manager on the Addressable Media Partnerships team, you help manage the operational work that brings dentsu.Audiences partner connections to life. You support the Director in moving partners through the integration queue, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring workflows stay on track. You work with a wide range of teams and partners, gain visibility into dentsu.Audiences operations, and help bring new addressable capabilities to market. Your work directly supports one of dentsu's major growth priorities for 2026 and beyond. The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $89,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Partner and Workflow Management
- Manage day-to-day workflows for assigned dentsu.Audiences partners
- Track integration steps, update documentation, and share accurate status updates
- Coordinate meetings and materials across partners and internal teams
- Support the development and maintenance of partner materials and internal references
- Work with Product, Technology, Activation, Investment, Commercial, Legal, and Amplifi teams
- Ensure each team has the information needed to move integrations forward
- Distribute new or updated partner deal details to relevant teams
- Own reporting needs related to partner progress and integration status
- Help prepare internal updates, summaries, and communications
- Support the creation and execution of dentsu and client partnership requirements
- Maintain shared documentation and organized workspaces for all partner-related materials
- Identify blockers within partner workflows and escalate them to the Director
- Help integrate new partners or updated capabilities into existing operational processes
- Contribute insights that can improve partner or workflow efficiency over time
Required
- 4 to 6 years of experience in media, programmatic, ad tech, or partner operations
- Experience managing operational workflows and documentation
- Familiarity with identity and addressability concepts such as hashed email, device IDs, cookies, and IPs
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, tech, activation, investment, and legal
- Ability to manage several workstreams at the same time
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience working in a media agency environment
- Exposure to product marketing, partner marketing, or platform capability assessments
- Experience with audience or identity platforms
- Experience supporting contract or negotiation workflows
- Ability to translate partner information into actionable steps for internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
