The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of experience as Administrator of Record in areas including customer service, quality care delivery, expense management, census development, and employee relations and retention. There is a strong regional team in place to support the Administrator, including regional operations, clinical, reimbursement, business development, and more.What You'll Do:As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the chief executive and entrepreneurial leader of your center. You will develop and execute a strategy for operational excellence and growth, setting goals and objectives aligned with the mission.
