Home Care Coordinator

To support the Dallas Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service by managing healthcare services coordination among patients, family members, and care providers in a remote position, with occasional onsite training requirements. Key responsibilities Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
