Job Role Duck Creek Manuscript Developer Role Summary The Duck Creek Manuscript developer will be responsible for leading and supporting the enhancement, modernization, and stabilization of Duck Creek Policy manuscripts for Commercial P&C insurance implementations. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Duck Creek Policy DCTDCOD direct experience with DCOD migration programs and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders’ business teams and offshore delivery teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality solutions. The onshore role carries additional responsibility for technical coordination, solution reviews, issue triage, and delivery alignment, acting as a bridge between client teams and offshore developers. Experience with AD Authoring Advanced Development is preferred. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Duck Creek manuscripts to support business regulatory and underwriting requirements. Nice to have Skills Experience supporting or working with Express 30 compatibility mode. Exposure to UI modernization or multi‑version Duck Creek upgrades. Familiarity with accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance optimization for enterprise UIs. Soft Skills Postman API testing. CICD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar. Defect test management: Jira, Azure DevOps. Version control: Git, GitHub. Browser testing: Chrome, Edge, cross‑browser execution. Compensation & Benefits Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
