StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

 

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts; Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Required Cases: Orthopedic, General, endoscopy, some major vascular
• EMR: Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care Team
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days
• License required or willing to license: Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Active Illinois State License/CSR required
