Project Manager (Restaurant Construction) Industry High-End Restaurant Construction Location Miami or Deerfield Beach, FL | Limited Travel The Opportunity A nationally recognized commercial General Contractor specializing in high-end restaurant construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to manage 3–5 concurrent commercial projects for nationally recognized hospitality brands while working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values teamwork, quality, and long-term relationships. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project profitability. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Oversee RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, and project documentation. Build strong client relationships while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Direct Project Management experience building high-end restaurants for a General Contractor is required. 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated career stability and a history of long-term employment are highly preferred.
