High Ticket Sales Closer

Are you a proven closer who thrives on results and knows how to seal the deal At The Rustman Agency we’re looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer to convert warm qualified leads into clients helping families protect their future while unlocking your own earning potential This is a high-impact commission-driven role for a confident professional with strong people skills and a heart for helping others

What you'll do

Conduct virtual consultations with inbound pre-qualified leads
Present life insurance solutions and close high-ticket policy sales
Build trust handle objections and deliver value-focused recommendations
Track all client interactions and follow-up activity in our system
Meet and exceed closing targets and performance goals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
