Warehouse Inventory Associate
Location: Woodridge, IL – Onsite Duration: ~5 Months Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break)
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Inventory Associate to support a project-based inventory initiative in a corporate warehouse environment. This role involves operating equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring accurate stock records. Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to completing the full project duration.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cherry picker equipment (must be comfortable working at heights)
- Use RF scanner to count and track inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances
- Process inventory transactions, returns, and claims
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
- Ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies
- Communicate inventory issues impacting operations to supervisors
- Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
