Position Highlights

• Flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Caring primarily for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric cases.
• Opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed and act as a Preceptor.
• Gain valuable experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting with a broad scope of practice, including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care.
• Collaborative and supportive nursing team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license and care for a diverse range of patients.

Utilizing the Nursing Process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, addressing the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients across the lifespan. Collaboration with providers, nursing leadership, and support staff is essential to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Vermont or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Meditech experience preferred.
