Position Highlights

• Flex day/night rotation
• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Primarily caring for adult Med/Surg patients, with occasional pediatric patients
• Opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity as Charge RN when needed
• Broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and pediatric care
• Collaborative and supportive nursing team environment

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care in a critical access hospital. You will work within a dedicated interdisciplinary team, providing care to a varied patient population while practicing at the highest level of your skills. Your role will involve:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Addressing the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients
• Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, nursing leadership, and support staff
• Ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Current RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
