Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

10-hour shifts with rotating weeknight and weekend call.

Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong phlebotomy skills and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests as per established protocols.
• Perform phlebotomy to obtain blood samples.
• Interpret test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Participate in weekly call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

For Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) position:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS).
• ASCP or equivalent CLS certification.
• BLS certification.

For Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) position:

• Associate's degree in sciences.
• MLT certification (ASCP) or equivalent CLS certification.
• BLS certification.
