Senior Benefits Analyst

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of practical benefits administration experience
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits systems such as UKG and PlanSource
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
• Familiarity with maintaining 401(k) plans and working with providers like Fidelity Investments
• Experience with benefits-related project management and system enhancements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive hands-on benefits administration experience in a healthcare or multi-facility environment

Other Requirements:

• Standard office environment with minimal travel; occasional extended hours during open enrollment or audits
• Ability to sit, stand, and operate standard office equipment for extended periods
