We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Medical Assistant to join our high-volume fertility clinic. The role involves preparing patients and ensuring their comfort while adhering to clinical protocols. You will document vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system. Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating care are essential to maintaining a smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support patients in a warm and efficient manner.
• Accurately document vital signs both manually and electronically.
• Perform phlebotomy with precision, ensuring patient comfort.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR system.
• Ensure exam rooms and clinical spaces are clean and organized.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams.

Work Environment:

The position is a 3-month contract-to-hire with possible extension. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM, and includes weekend and holiday rotations. The clinic provides branded scrubs that are laundered daily, and staff must bring their own lock for locker storage. Parking is not provided, and staff are responsible for their own parking expenses.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
