Job TitleWelding/Brazing Manufacturing EngineerJob Description583315 Welding/Brazing Manufacturing EngineerManufacturing Engineering role for industry leading MRI technology.Your role:This role is a production support role for large industrial superconducting MRI magnets.This role interfaces with production management, quality engineering, design engineering, supplier quality engineering, and production technicians.This role is an opportunity to develop a wide range of engineering skills in a medical device environment.You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with medical device manufacturing preferred.Your skills include an understanding of welding or brazing technologies, tooling design for use in welding/brazing applications, automation of welding/brazing. Induction brazing/TIG/MIG process experience is preferred. Your skills also include root cause analysis of production process failures, troubleshooting production equipment issues, process validation documentation including PFMEA, IQ, TMV, OQ/PQ, statistical analysis of process data, tooling and fixture design experience, understanding of geometric dimension and tolerancing on mechanical drawings.You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, preferredYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You’re a self-motivated, driven engineer with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
