Meadowbrook has been an established company since 1932, when founder Fred Weir Sr. opened his first restaurant to provide all the missing elements in our world today. His desire is to provide a place where people and families can come to get away from the troubles that this world may bring and to design a place that gives every person who walks through the doors a sense of belonging and hope that they matter.

At Scooter's Coffee, we believe that amazing people make amazing coffee. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused baristas to join our team! If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love a good cup of coffee, we'd love to meet you.

Hourly Pay: $11.00 per hour + TIPS

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Scooter's standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Uphold Scooter's values of integrity, love, humility, and courage in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine passion for people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll provide training!
