You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By partnering with team leadership, you will validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
