Your role will be hands-on, ensuring that everything from mowing to trimming is done with precision and care, while keeping the crew motivated and having fun!Lead the Crew: Supervise and guide your team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.Train & Inspire: Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.Quality Control: Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail.Safety First: Make sure your crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.Customer Care: Keep clients happy by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.You lead by example, are eager to learn, and know how to get things done! At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience. A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving a truck with a trailer).
