- Capacidad para leer e interpretar pedimentos.
- Experiencia en la coordinación de cruces fronterizos y operaciones de transfer.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office y Outlook.
- Experiencia en la coordinación de fletes y servicios de transporte.
- Conocimientos generales sobre:
- Fracciones arancelarias
- Regulaciones de importación
- Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables
- SADER (SAGARPA)
- Avisos automáticos
- Dominio profesional del inglés y español, requerido para comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, transportistas, agencias aduanales y autoridades en Estados Unidos y México.
- Lunes a Viernes: 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
- 1 hora de descanso para comida.
- El horario habitual es diurno; sin embargo, ocasionalmente podrán requerirse horas adicionales después del horario regular o los sábados por la mañana, dependiendo de las necesidades operativas.
