Join us.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Provide Manufacturing Operations consulting services for clients in a variety of industries (Manufacturing & Distribution; Automotive; Electronics; Food and Beverage; and Medical Device) which utilize different process technologies (Blending; Forming; Molding; Stamping; Machining; Fabrication and Assembly)Consult with clients to identify their business and operational goals, and work with the team to assess operations, benchmark optimal performance and identify improvement opportunities, which may include:Lean Manufacturing / waste reductionThroughput improvementMake vs. Buy analysisEquipment utilizationManufacturing footprint analysisPlant floor layoutAutomation and Industry 4.0 conceptsQuality Management and ImprovementPartner with executives and decision-makers to develop, communicate and implement recommendationsManage multiple client teams to execute complex, multi-layered projects and produce client deliverablesMentor and develop internal staffSupport and lead practice development activities, including driving proposal development, attending networking events and identifying new opportunities at current and targeted clientsThe qualifications.Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or business-related field is required.
