Quality Inspector

Santa Rosa, CA Temp to Hire $22.00–$25.00 per hour + shift differential (Multiple Shifts) Star Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing facility in Santa Rosa. The Quality Inspector will perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections. Use measuring equipment such as calipers. Document inspection results and quality data. Identify and report non-conforming products. Follow product rejection, sample retention, and rework procedures. Perform final inspections on reworked products when required. Maintain cleanliness of the inspection and work areas. Participate in production meetings and provide quality updates. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of Quality Control experience. Experience with precision measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SPC and ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Preferred: Experience in medical device manufacturing and/or plastic injection molding. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and more than 20 lbs. frequently. May require occasional climbing and exposure to typical manufacturing environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Star Staffing
