Shift Leader

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to lead store operations from opening to closing, ensuring quality service, team motivation, and a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team during each shift. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision, handling cash, inventory, and register duties. Maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring all items are prepared to company standards. Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Adapt to changing duties as requested by management and the company. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early openings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Successful completion of background checks required by local, state, and federal law. Possession of or the ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred (required at some locations). Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Benefits Flexible schedule with no work past 3 p.m. (no evenings or nights).
