Key Responsibilities:

Supervise youth and support daily routines, including ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals)
Implement individualized service plans and therapeutic goals
Promote skill development and community integration, including weekend outings and activities
Maintain a safe, structured environment
Document progress, behaviors, and incidents per facility policy
Collaborate with team members and participate in trainings

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Available every Friday through Sunday, including day, evening, and overnight shifts
Availability for holidays that fall on scheduled weekends

Why Join Us:
Join a team dedicated to empowering youth with mental health challenges in a respectful, supportive environment. We provide training, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every weekend.
