Part-Time Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

Position Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Capital Hill / Downtown / West Seattle areas) Job Summary Independent contractors are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision while completing quality exams using medical know‑how. Exams are conducted on a mobile basis in the client’s home or office and may involve blood draws, medical histories, signatures, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12‑lead EKGs. Adherence to all compliance and safety policies, accuracy, and confidentiality are required. Exam duration varies from approximately 15 minutes to just over an hour. Hours Set your own schedule. Exams available 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Many contractors work full‑time jobs and use this as an opportunity to supplement income. Scheduling assistance is provided so you can focus on medical exams. Job Details Reimbursement : Direct deposit every two weeks per completed exam. Territory : Set your own territory by choosing zip codes. Orientation : 3–4 hour in‑person orientation to verify skills and review paperwork and website. Equipment : Equipment such as tablets, EKG machines, and centrifuges may be rented. Your own equipment will be considered but not guaranteed. Items required: manual BP cuff (Large & Extra Large), stethoscope, tape (soft/fabric & metal), printer/paper/ink, scale (400 lb), 1 box extra gloves, 1 box alcohol swabs, 1 box band‑aid or Coban, 1 box gauze. Qualifications Active phlebotomy practice with at least 1 year of experience. Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection. Familiarity with tablets/computers. Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health. EKG experience preferred but not required. Reliable vehicle, valid state driver’s license, and auto insurance.
