HVAC Mechanical Technician

This Is NOT an Entry-Level Role.

We’re hiring a  high-performance HVAC Mechanical Technician who can diagnose fast, fix it right the first time, and operate like a professional in the field. If you need hand-holding, this isn’t for you. If you take pride in being the best tech on-site, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advanced diagnostics and repair of commercial & residential HVAC systems
• RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, controls, electrical troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance done thoroughly — not rushed
• Clean, code-compliant installations
• Emergency response when needed
• Clear communication with clients and leadership

We expect efficiency, precision, and accountability.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics confidently
• Clean driving record
• Physically capable of handling the demands of field work
• Professional attitude — no drama, no excuses

Preferred (Sets You Apart)

• Commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with facilities maintenance environments

Compensation
