We are seeking a skilled and dependable A/C & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

·        Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, reach-ins, and air conditioning units.

·        Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and execute high-quality, efficient repairs.

·        Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and life span.

·        Maintain detailed service records, including diagnostics, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.

·        Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and building code standards.

·        Coordinate with other technicians and facility staff to minimize operational disruptions.

·        Stay up to date with evolving technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

·        3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

·        EPA Section 608 Certification and valid HVAC license required.

·        Proficient understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control mechanisms.

·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

·        Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

·        Able to manage multiple service calls independently and efficiently.

·        Availability for after-hours, weekend work, and on-call rotation.

·        Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Technical degree or trade school certification in HVACR.

·        Experience working with energy management systems or programmable controls.

·        Familiarity with local codes and commercial building standards.
