Your Role As a Laborer, you'll support the successful completion of construction projects by assisting with site preparation, material handling, jobsite safety, and general construction activities. What You'll Do Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas. Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with setting up and dismantling ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures. Lift, carry, and position construction materials and supplies as directed. Assist with traffic control and other site logistics, as needed. Support skilled trades and project teams with general labor tasks. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs. What You Bring Reliable and dependable Punctual with consistent attendance Works safely, respectfully, and cooperatively with others Experience, Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current member of the Laborers Union. OSHA 10 certification Basic understanding of construction practices, safety procedures, and quality standards. Experience working around heavy equipment and performing grade checking is preferred. Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily work assignments. Work is performed primarily on active construction jobsites in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods. Safely climb ladders, scaffolding, and other elevated work surfaces.Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment. Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform essential job duties.
