This role is focused on creating an excellent customer experience through product knowledge, sales excellence, and service support. What you will be doing Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer customer questions about current or new services, update account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert-level understanding and enthusiasm about technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. What you will need to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Capacity to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move throughout the store continuously.
